WiseMode

About Wisemode — AI schema therapy toolkit

A private AI workspace to notice schemas and modes, practise between sessions, and keep only what fits.

What is Wisemode?

Wisemode is an artificial-intelligence workspace informed by schema therapy (Schema Therapy): early maladaptive schemas, schema modes, unmet emotional needs, the Healthy Adult, and imagery work. It is built for reflection and psychoeducation — not diagnosis, treatment, or crisis care, and not a substitute for a human therapist.

Between sessions, many people need a structured way to record repeating patterns and to practise skills such as a safe place. Wisemode is designed as that companion: available when you choose to open it, without sending anything to a clinician unless you share it yourself.

Who we are

The project brings together AI with specialist schema-therapy knowledge. The team includes schema therapists with formal training and membership in the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST).

Our aim is to put standard schema-therapy tools — diaries, coping cards, and guided imagery — within reach of adult clients and therapists, with AI used to structure questions and drafts you can edit.

Why this platform exists

Schema therapy is deep work. Naming schemas, modes, and unmet needs, strengthening Healthy Adult responses, and practising imagery are pillars of the approach. Wisemode exists so that self-understanding, pattern tracking, and mental rehearsal (including a personal safe place) can continue outside the therapy hour.

  • A facilitator for self-understanding through schema-informed questions.
  • An assistant for recording and reviewing repeating life patterns.
  • A private space for imagery practices such as a safe place, at any hour you choose.

What you can do in Wisemode

After you sign in, the workspace keeps conversations and saved practices together. You choose what to write; you can export, download, or delete. Educational pages on schemas and modes do not store your private notes.

  • Conversation: talk something through in your own language, then keep, edit, or leave it.
  • Schema diary: walk through one situation — thoughts, feelings, body, behaviour, unmet needs, possible schemas and modes, and a Healthy Adult response.
  • Coping card: a personal reminder with a balanced view and daily practice for hard moments.
  • Safe place: build a calming imagery script you can read or, if you choose, hear as audio.
  • Inner care: Healthy Adult compassion for a vulnerable part, as a guided script.
  • Learn schema therapy: public guides to schemas and modes, separate from your private workspace.

Our values

Clinical grounding: prompts and practice flows are designed to stay aligned with schema-therapy principles, under specialist review — they remain hypotheses for you to accept, change, or reject.

Confidentiality: psychological notes belong in your workspace. They are not used for advertising. Model replies run only when you ask; voice is generated only if you choose it. Details are in the privacy notice.

Innovation in service of therapy: the goal is not to replace the therapist, but to make between-session practice and self-awareness more usable. Keep what fits; leave the rest.

We hope Wisemode is a small, practical step toward caring for the vulnerable child and strengthening the Healthy Adult.

Who it is for

Wisemode is a free adult pilot (18+) with usage limits, currently under review. It is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. AI answers can be wrong or incomplete.
